How Does Payment Work?

Payment & Cancellation Terms

How You Can Pay
You can choose the payment option that suits you best:

 

 

Option 1 — Pay in Full by Card

  • 💳 Secure card payment via our online payment provider

  • Your booking is confirmed immediately

  • Best if you want everything sorted in one step

 

 

Option 2 — Pay Via Invoice

  • 🧾 Pay a £200 deposit via invoice (bank transfer)

  • Deposit must be paid within 14 days of booking.

    • The deposit becomes payable as soon as the booking is confirmed, even if the payment is not made immediately

  • The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the event

This option offers more flexibility while still securing your date.

 

 

Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind)

  • If your event date is more than 8 weeks away, you may cancel within 48 hours of booking for any reason.

  • This is a no-questions-asked change-of-mind cancellation.

  • If cancelled within this 48-hour window:

    • Any deposit paid is fully refunded

    • Any full payment made by card is fully refunded

After 48 hours, the booking is confirmed and the date is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period

  • After the 48-hour cooling-off period:

    • Deposits are non-refundable

  • This reflects the date being removed from sale and preparation work beginning.
