How does the referral reward work?

Once you’ve signed up as a Preferred Partner, we’ll send you a unique referral code. When a client books with us using that code, you’ll receive a £75 thank-you — or, if you prefer, we’ll donate £75 to a charity of your choice.

Do I need to keep track of referrals?

No, we do that for you. Just make sure your clients use your referral code when they enquire or book, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How will I receive the £75 reward?

We’ll send the reward via bank transfer within 30 days of the clients’ confirmed booking and payment. Alternatively, we can make a donation to your nominated charity in your name.

Will my business be listed on your website?

Yes - We will add your business within 14 days of your sign-up.

What’s in the Partner Information Pack?

The pack includes a summary of our services, booking links, tips for introducing us to your clients, and ready-to-use text for emails or websites. It’s designed to make recommending KJ Folk Music simple, polished, and seamless.

Can I refer more than one client?

Absolutely - there’s no limit. You’ll receive a £75 thank-you for every client who books through your referral.

Is there a minimum number of referrals I have to make?

No - there’s no pressure or obligation. We welcome even a single introduction if it’s the right fit.

Is this open to individuals or only businesses?
