Business Partner Commission
Trusted business partners receive 10% commission on confirmed and fully paid live music ceilidh bookings.
Commission applies to eligible KJ Ceilidhs live music packages only, including Trio and 5-Piece ceilidh packages.
Commission does not apply to solo performances, bagpipe-only bookings, DJ-only services, or non-live music packages including the “Party with KJ Package”.
Friends & Family Referral Rewards
Friends and family referrals qualify for a £50 Amazon or Love2shop voucher when the referred client books an eligible Trio or 5-Piece KJ Ceilidhs live music package.
Referral rewards are issued after the event has taken place and full payment has cleared.
Commission does not apply to solo performances, bagpipe-only bookings, DJ-only services, or non-live music packages including the “Party with KJ Package”.
Client Referral Upgrade Offers
Clients referred through approved partners or referral schemes may qualify for exclusive upgrade offers including:
- Disco Playlist Upgrade for £100 (saving £50)
- Add a Highland Bagpipe Entrance for just £100
Bagpipes upgrade availability is limited and subject to musician availability, travel logistics, and event timings.
No Guarantee Of Booking
Submitting a referral does not guarantee that the client will book KJ Ceilidhs.
Commission Eligibility
Commission and referral rewards apply only to new qualifying bookings made directly through KJ Ceilidhs.
Existing Enquiries
Commission or referral rewards may not apply where the client was already actively communicating with KJ Ceilidhs before the referral was submitted.
Multiple Referrals
If more than one business or individual refers the same client, commission or referral rewards will normally be awarded to the first completed referral form received.
Booking Changes
If a referred client downgrades to a non-eligible package, cancels, postpones indefinitely, or fails to complete payment, commission or referral rewards may not apply.
Payment Timing
Commission payments and referral rewards are issued after the event has taken place and full payment has cleared.
Business partners must submit an invoice to KJ Ceilidhs following the event in order for commission payment to be processed.
Promotions & Discounts
Referral upgrade offers cannot normally be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special package pricing.
Referral commission and rewards apply only to approved referral offers and eligible bookings.
Self-Referrals
Businesses and individuals may not refer themselves in order to claim commission, discounts, or referral rewards.
Fraudulent Or Duplicate Referrals
KJ Ceilidhs reserves the right to withhold commission or referral rewards where fraudulent, misleading, duplicated, or abusive referrals are suspected.
Tax Responsibility
Business partners are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on commission payments received.
Data Protection
All client details shared with KJ Ceilidhs must be provided with the client's permission and handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
Right To Refuse Or Amend
KJ Ceilidhs reserves the right to refuse referral payments, withdraw upgrade offers, amend these terms, or discontinue referral partnerships at any time.
