Ceremony Music – £800

Live music for one of the most important moments of your life. Our musicians work closely with you to create a personalised soundtrack for your ceremony.

Includes:

  • Guest Arrival – Gentle, welcoming music as guests take their seats

  • Bridal Entrance – A meaningful, perfectly timed piece for walking down the aisle

  • Ceremony Interludes – Optional background music during any readings or symbolic moments

  • Signing the Register – A short set of relaxed, melodic tunes while you sign

  • Couple’s Exit – A celebratory piece to mark the start of your married life

Instrument Options:
Highland bagpipes, violin, accordion, saxophone, guitar, or double bass
You can choose one or more instruments to suit the mood and setting.

Drinks Reception Music – £800

Set the tone for mingling, photos, and canapés with live folk or acoustic music.

Includes:

  • 1 hour of carefully selected music to match your vibe—whether rustic, refined, upbeat, or mellow

  • Unplugged or lightly amplified depending on your venue

  • Performed by the same musicians who played at the ceremony, for continuity and flow

Full-Day Team Presence – £800

  • Trio stays on-site from your ceremony through to midnight

  • Setup, transitions, sound checks, coordination with your venue

  • Ready to handle changes in timing, last-minute tweaks, or guest interaction

  • One friendly, professional team guiding the day from start to finish

Audio-Visual Setup – £250

Bring a personal touch with visuals during your reception or evening.

Includes:

  • Projector and screen or monitor with stand (depending on venue size)

  • Integrated audio through our PA system

  • Perfect for:

    • Photo slideshows

    • Surprise messages or video reels

    • Karaoke or games

  • Send us your media via WeTransfer—we’ll handle the rest

Highland Bagpipes or Traditional Street Organ - £200

Enhance your day's atmosphere with a choice of two unique daytime entertainment options:

  • Highland Bagpipes: A stirring 20-minute performance by a skilled piper, ideal for welcoming guests, marking special moments, or adding a traditional flair to your celebration.

  • Traditional Street Organ: A charming 21-note Trueman street organ with glockenspiel, offering lively melodies throughout the day. Guests can even interact by running the cardboard books through the organ, creating a nostalgic and engaging experience.

Polaroid Photo Booth Station – £200

A fun, interactive station where guests can snap and keep instant memories! This Polaroid-style photo booth is a hit at weddings, parties, and corporate events.

We believe in clear, honest pricing. That’s why each part of the day is individually priced—to show you exactly what you're getting and how much it's worth.

 

The total value of this upgrade comes to £3,850, but it's available for just £2,750, saving you £1100.

 

This upgrade is only available as a complete package and must be booked alongside one of our Ceilidh Packages (either the Trad Trio or Extended Line-up, Led By Kathryn). Bundling these services keeps everything seamless and professionally coordinated, whilst saving you money - no hidden fees or surprise add-ons.

Please select your date & preferred ceilidh package and add it to your basket first.  £2750 is for the All-Inclusive Wedding Upgrade only, available with The Classic or The Big Bash - Led By Kathryn ceilidh packages. 

Note:

  • The Classic Trio of musicians will be with you all day for ceremony music, drinks reception, and background music.

  • If you choose the Extended Lineup, the trio team will handle the daytime events, and the extended team will join the rest of the band in the evening, ready to set the dancefloor alive with your ceilidh.

  • You’ll receive one-to-one support throughout the planning process, with direct communication with Kathryn Johnstone to ensure every detail is perfect. You can update details through your Client Hub after booking.
