We are really flexible - small changes to timings are absolutely fine in most cases. We just ask at this stage as it helps us to plan as best as we can in advance - a rough estimate for times is always really helpful for us, even if they are likely to change later on. We will check in and confirm finalised timings before the date of your event.

Our standard ceilidh bookings include FREE 3 hours of professional PA hire, which is ideal for most events.

If you're planning a longer celebration or want flexible sound throughout the day, you can upgrade to 5 or 9 hours of PA hire.

If you just want a disco or karaoke, we also offer PA Hire Only options using the same system that powers and drives our band! 

✅ Setup and pack down included

Start Time – We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before your event begins to set up your PA system.

End time - it usually takes us 40 minutes after the end time to pack away after the event.

Entertainment 

Looking for more? We also offer optional extras including disco or DJ sets, background music, themed dress, and full-day wedding or corporate entertainment packages.

 

Please note: Your PA hire package must cover the full duration of any additional entertainment.

Unlike standard karaoke systems, ours runs through the same high-end PA that powers our ceilidhs – meaning it’s much bigger, clearer, and more exciting than your usual pub karaoke. We bring microphones, party lights, and all the sound power you need to get everyone singing their hearts out.
